Rajvansh possesses the right to cancel or refuse to any order for any reason, including, but not limiting to, the following situations:

Error in Billing, Payment or Shipping Information

Reshipping of Items

Previous history of a fraudulent order

Rajvansh possesses a right to refuse to accept any order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may also refuse to process any subsequent orders from customers with fraudulent order history.

If Rajvansh rejects your order because of an error in pricing or any other information, we will notify you through an email and ask if you would like to re-submit your order to purchase the relevant item once the information in the order is rectified. In case we do not receive a response within seven days, Rajvansh may cancel the order.

Though, all the certifications can been seen under every product, it doesn’t comply that particular certification is for the stated product. Most of the certifications shows on the website our either ingredient-specific or product-specific. Some of the certifications are also under review by their respective organizations. Rajvansh is not liable on any claims regarding certifications and we are not advertising anywhere that every product is pertaining to those certifications.

REFUND POLICY

Rajvansh is an aggregator of multiple vendors & therefore this policy has been specified against each Vendor/Shop. There are some items that are non-returnable & the same has been clearly mentioned in their item description/details & Shop Return Policy.
Accordingly, the no. of days allowed for the return of an item has also been specified against each category. No return will be allowed in case the customer delays the return request beyond the specified days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Replacement is not allowed unless specified by a Shop/Vendor
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For COD (if available) Please send us your account details in which you would want the refund to be credited.
Refund amount will be credited according to the mode of payment used by you. For eg. Refund for payments made by Credit card will be credited to your Card account.
